In addition to the eye care practice, Andrew Polan is vice-president of the Three Village Chamber of Commerce and an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College where he teaches in an associate degree program in opticianry. Involved in this for 10 years, Andrew also chairs the advisory panel to SCCC for the program and is on the review committee to insure that the students graduate with the needed skills.
